🎮 1. Platform Use Agreement
By using M3ME KINGS, you agree to:
- Follow the meme creation rules
- Not upload illegal or offensive material
- Abide by squad mechanics, XP systems, and leveling rules
🧾 2. User Content (UGC) Disclaimer
"Users are solely responsible for all memes and other content they create, upload, publish, or share. To the maximum extent permitted by California and applicable law, M3ME KINGS is not liable for user-submitted content, user conduct, or third-party use of user content."
Content is provided by users, not by M3ME KINGS, and may be removed at our discretion.
🛡️ 3. Content Moderation
We may remove content or suspend users who:
- Violate rules
- Post hate speech, slurs, or incitements to violence
- Abuse the dictionary or rating system
Report buttons are present on all memes and definitions.
🎖 4. Squad & Rank System
- Points and leveling are entirely for entertainment
- Ranks have no real-world monetary value
- We are not a gambling site

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under AAA consumer rules, seated in California, unless prohibited by law.
Class actions and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

We may terminate or suspend accounts without notice for:
- Hate speech
- IP abuse
- Exploiting bugs
- Repeated community violations

- User-submitted content is moderated
- Slurs and harmful terms are not tolerated
- Entries may be deleted or locked if flagged by multiple users

M3ME KINGS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that user content is accurate, lawful, or safe.

To the maximum extent permitted by California and applicable law, M3ME KINGS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for claims arising from user-generated memes, comments, or other content.
By using the platform, you agree to release M3ME KINGS from liability for user content and third-party actions related to that content, except where liability cannot be legally waived.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M3ME KINGS, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
